ThermaTech Home Services Ltd

Domestic heating and cooling

Work out what the system is doing before changing any of it.

We look at how the heating or the cooling behaves in your home, put the choices in writing, then fit the work and check it over before we leave. We provide domestic heating and cooling services for homes across Germany.

A good share of the systems we are asked to replace have years left in them.

What we do

Heating and cooling for houses, from the first look to the final check.

ThermaTech Home Services Ltd works on residential property: heating system installation, radiator fitting and replacement, thermostat installation, air-conditioning setup, heating system maintenance, fault checks, and the plumbing connections those systems need.

Which of these sounds like you?

Nearly every call we get is one of three situations. Pick the one that fits, and we will take it from there.

What we take on

Six kinds of job.

Whole systems

Heating installation

Appliance and pipework installed as one system rather than as separate parts.

By project — from €200 up

Air conditioning

One room or several, with indoor and outdoor units and the pipework between them.

By project — from €200 up

Parts and controls

Radiators

One radiator or the whole house, fitted, connected and balanced.

€150–200 a radiator

Thermostats

Controls fitted, paired and set up around the way you live.

€150–200 per thermostat, supplied and fitted

Systems already in use

Servicing

A yearly visit covering the system, not only the appliance.

€100–150 a year

Fault checks

Find out what has failed first, then a plain account of what we found.

€80–120 a visit

Every price we give is for the property in front of us. We do not sell packages by postcode, and we do not price a boiler over the phone.

How a job runs

Four stages, always in this order.

  1. 1

    See the system in use

We watch how it performs and note what is fitted.

  2. 2

    Choices, then a written figure

Both routes reach you in writing, with prices.

  3. 3

    The installation

Booked for agreed dates, with the pipework it requires.

  4. 4

Test it, then talk it through

We run it, set the controls and go through the changes.

Why we keep notes

Each visit is written into the property's record.

What was checked, what was found and what we deliberately left alone goes on file for the address. When we return — twelve months later, or for an unrelated fault — we start from what is already known instead of beginning again.

It is not a certificate for a wall. It is simply what makes the next visit quicker and less expensive for you.

Unsure whether it needs replacing?

That is the reason most people ring us. We will say what is wrong, what can be repaired and what really is finished — including telling you that nothing needs doing yet, if that is the honest answer.

Arrange a system check

Describe what the heating or cooling is doing and we will fix a time to inspect it. Nothing follows from a visit unless you want it to.
